Privacy Policy

Effective 5 November 2026. Applies to lavigo.co.

The short version

To mail you a print every month we need your name, your email address and your postal address. You type those, and your card, into pages run by Stripe, our payment provider, and Stripe keeps them. This website itself stores no personal information, uses no cookies, and runs no analytics or advertising. We do not sell your information, and we never will.

Who is responsible

lavigo.co and Print Club are run by Maneki Studio, LLC, a Washington limited liability company. For anything in this policy, including a request to see or delete your information, write to info@lavigo.co.

What we collect, and where it lives

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising, and loads nothing from other companies when you visit. Stripe's checkout page sets its own cookies, which Stripe needs to take a payment securely; its own privacy policy covers them. If we ever add analytics, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy before we do.

What we will never do

Who we share it with

Only the companies that make the club work: Stripe (payments, subscriptions and sales tax), Cloudflare (hosting and our email address), our postage service, and the postal service. We also disclose information when the law requires it, and no more than it requires.

How long we keep it

While you are a member, and afterwards only as long as the law requires for tax and accounting records, which Stripe keeps on our behalf. The monthly mailing list is deleted once each month's labels are made.

Your choices and rights

You can update your address or cancel at any time online. You can also ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to info@lavigo.co. We will answer within 30 days. When we delete your information, Stripe may keep the records of past payments that tax law requires it to keep. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your state's law; we will honour them, and we will never treat you differently for using them.

Children

Print Club is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If the change affects how we use information we already hold, we will email members before it takes effect.
