Terms
These terms are between you and Maneki Studio, LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("we"), which runs lavigo.co and Print Club. By subscribing you agree to them. Questions go to info@lavigo.co.
What you get
A print of the month, plus surprises, mailed during the first week of each month to an address in the United States. What each month's print and surprises are is up to Emily, the artist, and changes from month to month.
Price and billing
You pay the monthly or annual price shown on the club page and at checkout, plus any sales tax due in the state your envelope ships to. Shipping within the United States is included. Payments are taken by Stripe.
Pre-orders: if you subscribe before 1 December 2026, nothing is charged until 1 December 2026. On that date your first payment is taken, and your first envelope ships in January 2027.
Each month's envelope goes to members whose subscription is active at the end of the month before, so if you subscribe during a month, your first envelope is the next month's (pre-orders excepted, above).
Automatic renewal
Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. A monthly plan is charged every month and an annual plan every year, on the same day of the month as your first payment, at the price then in effect. Before an annual plan renews, Stripe will email you a reminder.
Cancelling
You can cancel online at any time, including before your first payment, from the account page on lavigo.co, or by writing to info@lavigo.co. Cancelling stops all future payments. You keep receiving the envelopes for the period you have already paid for. A pre-order cancelled before 1 December 2026 is never charged.
Refunds
We do not refund a month or a year that has already been paid for, except where an envelope is lost or damaged, below, or where the law requires it.
Lost or damaged envelopes
If your envelope has not arrived by the end of the month it shipped in, or arrives damaged, write to info@lavigo.co within 30 days. We will send a replacement if we can, or refund that month if we cannot. Please keep your address up to date: we cannot replace an envelope sent to an address you had not updated.
Price changes
If we change the price, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies to you. The new price takes effect at your next renewal after that notice, and you can cancel before then.
The art
The prints are original work by Emily, who keeps the copyright. They are yours to keep, frame and enjoy. You may not copy, scan, reproduce or sell reproductions of them.
If we stop the club
If we ever end Print Club, we will tell members by email, stop all future payments, and refund any envelopes paid for that we will not send.
The legal part
You must be 18 or older to subscribe. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Washington. If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top and email members about any change that affects them.
